For holidays with family, friends or the travel group. The comfortably furnished upper floor apartment offers 90 square meters of living space and 29 square meters of wraparound, covered south-west balcony. Entrance area with cloakroom, bench, shoe storage space and plenty of space for your luggage.

- Bedroom 1: box spring bed made of oak wood, satellite TV, revolving door wardrobe with safe. Bedroom 2: double bed made of real spruce wood, in the dressing room spruce wardrobe with sufficient storage space. Bedroom 3: single bed made of real spruce wood 0.70mx 1.80 m with a small workplace.
living room
- Spacious living area with comfortable sofa and table, TV and hi-fi system, 5 people will find a very comfortable apartment. For an additional guest, an extra bed can be set up in the living area (10.00 night).
bathroom
- 1 bathroom with tub, 2 sinks, shower, hairdryer, make-up mirror, heated towel rail and a separate toilet.
kitchen
A fully equipped eat-in kitchen with a fireplace with free firewood, which provides additional cozy warmth.
A quaint, cozy corner bench with a large table.
Electric stove, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, fully automatic coffee machine, kettle, egg cooker and toaster, tea towels and kitchen utensils are available.

- Non-smoking rooms Smoking is of course permitted on the balcony and outdoors. It is not possible to bring pets. Free parking spaces directly at the house.
